Most importantly, have faith in God, talk to your family and true friends. You need to share your problems order for you to be relieved.

I realized that life is so easy but we insist on making it complicated. Once I have gain myself-realization and started on the path of self-discovering. I will learn to be able on taking the next step of beating depression. Realize my talent and skill so that I can fulfill my own dreams, understand own worth and utilize that knowledge to the fullest. It is not the thing around make our happy, it is what their inside of that truly pleases our inner self.
